We love learning and truly discovering our purpose and passion at Oterra. **What would be your role?** Responsible for calculation, analysis, and control of industrial costs, inventories, and margins, ensuring reliability of financial information and supporting business decision-making. This position is also responsible for coordinating the accounting close related to financial statement reporting, as well as integration between local and corporate systems. **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional with extensive experience in controlling and cost management, holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. **Main responsibilities:** * Execute and control industrial cost calculations (standard and actual costing), ensuring consistency among production, inventories, and results. * Maintain updated inventory sub-accounts, ensuring correct stock valuation. * Perform allocation and absorption of industrial and indirect costs. * Calculate, review, and keep standard costing updated, analyzing variances between standard and actual costs. * Prepare and organize reports and uploads for corporate systems, including interfaces between the local system (Datasul) and SAP (reporting files). * Act as a business partner to the Operations team, providing cost analyses, supporting operational decisions, and participating in cost-reduction projects. * Prepare budgets and forecasts related to costs and overheads, as well as variance analyses (actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast, and actual vs. prior periods). * Maintain and monitor inventory controls, including annual and/or cyclical physical inventories. * Other related duties. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. **Desired Competencies:** * Experience as a Datasul system user will be considered a significant advantage. * Prior experience as an SAP system user will be considered an advantage. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and Power BI** is mandatory. * Financial and accounting analytical capability, with critical interpretation of financial statements. * **Languages**: Advanced English (mandatory) **Need more information?** We invite you to learn more about Oterra at: www.oterra.com Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$8.000,00 \- R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Valinhos, SP
