Manages the customer portfolio to retain and foster loyalty among active customers, including phone contact and continuous follow-up. Submits proposals, manages orders in the system, and ensures timely delivery. Analyzes sales reports and monitors KPIs. Develops strategies to achieve individual monthly sales targets. Provides agile and technical support via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring excellence in communication. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Sales Consultant, Sales Coordinator, or Business Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
