If you seek a professional, human-oriented environment full of growth opportunities, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maneuver customers' vehicles while maintaining order at the after-sales reception area; * Provide in-person, online, and telephone customer service; * Update customer records; * Carry out all work processes related to the position; * Support and assist the technical consulting team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Mandatory**: Category B driver's license (CNH). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to follow established work procedures; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Professional personal appearance. **Additional Information** * Competitive compensation aligned with the role; * Meal allowance of R$ 23.00 per day via Flash card (for supermarkets or restaurants); * Transportation allowance; * Complimentary dental plan for employees; * UNIMED health insurance plan; * Education assistance; * Childcare assistance.
