Essential administrative support for the department We seek a dynamic and organized professional to operate across the entire employee lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact—from talent attraction through onboarding and administrative support—ensuring our internal processes run with excellence and care. **Key Responsibilities** * Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. * Preparing for new hires’ arrival, organizing welcome materials, and delivering initial institutional training. * Collecting and verifying onboarding documents for submission to accounting. * Providing support and executing administrative tasks for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration. * Prior experience in recruitment processes and HR administrative routines.
