Record and update information in the internal system/CRM. Support issue resolution by directing requests to the responsible departments. Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent, Support Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Customer Service Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
