Teamwork and willingness to learn. **Job Objective** Assist in production line activities by performing operational tasks with the support of hand tools, ensuring workplace organization, compliance with quality standards, and smooth operation of production processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production, general services, or operational activities is desirable; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., hammer, pliers, drill); * Availability for operational work and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress; * Experience in an industrial environment or on a production line. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in executing production process activities according to established instructions and standards; * Handle simple hand tools (e.g., hammer, pliers, drill) as required; * Organize and clean the workstation; * Support visual quality control of parts and products; * Sort, move, and organize materials; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of processes. **Knowledge** * Industrial production routines; * Safe use of hand tools; * Basic understanding of quality and organization. **Skills** * Manual dexterity; * Ability to follow instructions; * Attention to detail and care in task execution. **Attitudes** * Commitment; * Teamwork; * Willingness to learn; * Care for the workplace and equipment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
