Position of **Rural Laborer \- Harvesting**, based at our **Piratini/RS** unit. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform bag exchange operations, storing them for subsequent loading; * Support knife and scraper replacement operations on the debarking machine, assisting the operator in replacing parts to ensure machine functionality; * Perform bag sewing operations, manually repairing bags and closing the bottom opening with cord, then storing completed bags inside another bag until full; * Replace burst bags by transferring bark to another bag in perfect condition—or even opening them to continue work; * Assist in collecting bark from debarker and harvester production. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completion of elementary education preferred; Experience in forest operations; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * On-site Cafeteria; * Transportation. **A Sustainability Reference for 77 Years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
