




Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing work orders, cutting heavy materials and foams, optimizing material usage, and organizing sewing kits for upholstered furniture. Responsibilities and Duties Work Order Analysis: Interpret technical drawings and specifications for upholstered furniture models. Cutting Heavy Materials: Operate fabric cutting machines for tapestry fabrics such as Suede, Velvet, Leather, Courvin, and Jacquard. Material Optimization: Perform nesting of large patterns to ensure continuity of designs or weaves (alignment of patterns on printed or jacquard fabrics). Foam Cutting: Assist, when necessary, in cutting foams and acrylic pads used as furniture fillings. Kit Organization: Group cut pieces by "set" (seat, backrest, armrests) for delivery to the upholstery sewing team. Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience in upholstery industries Material Knowledge: Ability to distinguish grain direction and elasticity of various synthetics and heavy fabrics. Tools: Experience with pneumatic rotary cutters.
