We are seeking a professional to support the terminal implementation process with clients, ensuring organization, agility, and excellence in executing activities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the implementation team in organizing and monitoring activities; * Manage supplier and client schedules, ensuring alignment on dates and deadlines; * Monitor terminal status and update internal tracking systems; * Log and forward requests to responsible departments, supporting resolution of pending items; * Assist communication between internal departments and partners; * Update operational reports and tracking controls for implementations; * Support identification of daily process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical course or undergraduate degree in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience with ticketing tools (Salesforce preferred); * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred); * Strong organizational and self-management skills for daily tasks; Nice-to-have: * Knowledge of logistics and maintenance of self-service terminals; * Test logic and programming; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Qualitor. **Additional information** People with disabilities are very welcome!
