Are you an organized professional with a practical profile and focus on quality? Do you have experience in the industrial sector and enjoy closely monitoring processes, ensuring everything runs according to standard? Then this position is for you! Your main responsibilities will be: * Recording and verifying daily loading, unloading, and production activities. * Tracking and counting inventory (raw materials, finished products, and supplies). * Completing export forms and reports (including photographic records). * Monitoring day-to-day processes, leading inspectors and technicians to ensure compliance. * Preparing quality reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective/preventive actions (MAPA). * Preparing and supporting internal and external audits (clients and regulatory agencies). * Using quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H) for root cause analysis and improvements. * Supporting Production and R\&D teams to ensure new processes and products are developed with built-in quality. Requirements: * Ongoing or completed technical or higher education in Quality, Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of quality tools and good manufacturing practices. * Experience in industry (food or meat processing industry is a plus). * Practical and organized profile, with strong communication skills and initiative.
