Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical consulting #### **Job Description** Ensure and implement environmental policies aligned with regulatory standards and unit targets, following the company's strategic guidelines and commitments, such as: SSMA Policy; Target Book; Water Policy; Environmental Management System. Ensure and implement practices and procedures to guarantee legal compliance and promote sustainability, such as: Waste management procedures, effluent management, soil conservation, etc.; Response to environmental emergencies; Compliance with licensing conditions. Lead environmental projects from conception through to completion, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency, such as: Projects for reducing waste generation, water consumption, and environmental education (commemorative campaigns and others). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into organizational initiatives through training and development: Develop educational programs on environmental topics for employees; Stay updated on best practices and technological advancements in the environmental field. Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal and external environmental audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations; Technical Consulting: Provide technical consulting for engineering and construction projects, ensuring sustainable practices; Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training on environmental practices and sustainability for employees and stakeholders; Waste Management: Develop and implement waste management programs, including recycling and safe disposal; Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor air, water, and soil quality, and evaluate results to identify trends and areas of concern. Prepare comprehensive environmental reports highlighting performance and milestones achieved, as well as corrective action strategies and measures when expected results are not met, jointly with the involved team (e.g., surface and groundwater quality monitoring, atmospheric emissions, effluent treatment; waste management); Effectively communicate the organization’s environmental initiatives and achievements both internally and externally; Assess and disseminate to relevant departments the environmental impacts of new initiatives and provide recommendations for mitigation (LAPID and its control measures); Support FS certifications under the 5S and GMP+ programs; Knowledge of GMP and HACCP, specifically regarding CCPs (Critical Control Points). #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Completed undergraduate degree — Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Environmental Management, or related fields. * #### **Experience** 1 year — Desired technical knowledge, practical experience, and competencies: Technical knowledge in environmental and corporate sustainability management; environmental waste management and circular economy; internal and external communication applied to environmental and institutional topics; preparation of sustainability reports; stakeholder and public agency engagement; support for audits, certifications, and SSMA programs; indicator management and budgetary control for the area; development of institutional content and technical materials; focus on compliance, corporate reputation, and continuous improvement. **Identification** 4979 **Number of Positions** 1 Position **Location** QUERÊNCIA **Contract Type** Permanent **Publication Duration** 15 Hours
