Job Summary:
The professional will implement, organize, and supervise health and safety procedures, conduct training sessions, and monitor key performance indicators.
Key Highlights:
1. Implementation and supervision of occupational health and safety procedures.
2. Conducting Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and Environmental Education Dialogues (DEA).
3. Implementation of training programs on safety and environmental protection.
* Implement procedures related to occupational health and safety policy;
* Organize, document, and archive departmental records;
* Monitor and control action plans, as well as incident and accident rates;
* Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and specialized or specific Environmental Education Dialogues (DEA);
* Inspect and report on the condition of fire protection equipment, collective protective equipment (CPE), personal protective equipment (PPE), procurement requests, and employee training;
* Implement and execute training programs on occupational safety and environmental protection;
* Manage departmental KPIs and other administrative tasks within the department.
* Accompany operational routines of employees in the field, conduct safety walks and inspections.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical or technological course in Occupational Safety;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Driver's License Category B.
