This professional will play a tactical and strategic role, ensuring that technical decisions align with business goals while promoting innovation, scalability, security, and governance. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Deliverables:** * Reference models and architectural guidelines for development and infrastructure; * Documented architecture aligned with corporate strategies; * Technology evolution and innovation roadmap for systems; * Technical governance framework to ensure compliance and best practices; * Modernization and legacy system migration plans to the cloud; * Integration and interoperability strategies across platforms; * Reports and recommendations on emerging technologies and trends. **Day-to-Day Activities:** * Ensure adherence to reference visions, patterns, ADRs, and architectural strategies, evaluating their level of compliance; * Clearly communicate complex ideas to foster collaboration between technical and business areas; * Document solutions and embed this process into tribes’ daily routines; * Influence technical direction by promoting scalability, quality, and resilience of solutions; * Work closely with tribes to ensure deliveries conform to architecture and software engineering best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Experience as a software architect or technical leader in engineering teams; * Solid knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.) and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus; * Proficiency in design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and software engineering best practices; * Hands-on experience with various architectural styles (Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven, etc.); * Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and integrations; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL); * Familiarity with integration protocols such as RESTful, gRPC, GraphQL, and WebSocket; * Mastery of software architecture patterns (Hexagonal, Onion, Clean Architecture, etc.); * Information security knowledge (authentication, authorization, encryption, WAF, etc.); * Experience with distributed computing, infrastructure, networking, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS); * Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation; * Knowledge of observability (SLA, SLI, SLO, DORA Metrics, SRE) and software quality (TDD, BDD, unit/integration testing). **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and autonomy to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions; * Clear communication skills tailored to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical); * Collaboration and influence in strategic team decision-making; * Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset; * Systemic vision with accountability for both technical and business impact; * Ability to provide technical mentorship and develop people; * Adaptability to evolving contexts and changing demands. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.); * Prior experience as a developer, tech lead, or software engineer. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
