Identify risks and propose strategic improvements We are looking for a **Senior Compliance Analyst** with extensive experience in Compliance, responsible for leading Compliance Program initiatives, serving as the technical reference, advising business units, supporting audits, delivering training and capacity-building sessions, conducting third-party assessments, performing monitoring activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** **The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:** * Train and support business units in decision-making, considering the Company’s Compliance Program guidelines, applicable sector legislation and regulations, and Ethics & Compliance best practices; * Act as the guardian of the Compliance Program, contributing to the development and execution of the Integrity Program, including reviewing monitoring activities, conducting third-party due diligence analyses per policy and procedures, developing and delivering training, and guiding employees on new policies, procedures, processes, and Compliance systems; * Serve as an advisor to business units, formulating recommendations aligned with the Compliance Program guidelines; * Engage with various departments and functions on Compliance-related matters; * Build a network of relationships to promote the dissemination of Compliance knowledge and projects; * Identify risk areas and propose improvements to develop processes better aligned with the company’s needs; * Assess and analyze process risks based on strategic business analysis, applicable regulation, and current codes; * Present solutions and strategic improvements to the area’s Coordination. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential qualifications in your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (diploma or degree completion certificate); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint, focused on generating reports, dashboards, and Compliance indicators; * Advanced English; * Proven experience in Compliance; * Experience managing and supporting a Compliance Program, with emphasis on developing and delivering Compliance training and monitoring activities; * Proficiency in creating executive presentations containing Compliance indicators for reporting to the company’s management bodies; * Knowledge of Corporate Governance, frameworks, and legal requirements for publicly traded companies; * Familiarity with Anti-Corruption Laws (Law No. 12.846/13, FCPA, UK Bribery Act); * Knowledge of implementing and managing Integrity Programs; * Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools. **Additional assets:** * Spanish language proficiency is desirable; * Complementary Compliance courses (Labor, Digital, LGPD); * Familiarity with Compliance tools (Uplexis, AML, Inspektor, SAP Integrity, ARIS, OneTrust, etc.); * Compliance certifications (CPC-A, CCEP, CCEP-I); * Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, financial, healthcare, etc.); * Experience in AI risk and compliance management: understanding of ethical, legal, and technical risks associated with artificial intelligence and ability to apply AI governance frameworks; * Advanced knowledge of risk and internal control management: experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks based on governance and compliance frameworks; * Experience drafting and reviewing internal policies, standards, and regulations: creation of corporate documents, procedures, and policies; * Experience in internal and external audits: preparation, evidence collection, responding to findings, and presenting results to stakeholders and authorities. **Additional Information** **Here, you fly higher with the Travel Benefit**, which allows you to issue domestic and international air tickets at special discounted rates for yourself, family members, and friends. **And we must not forget the Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Gympass or Totalpass; * Partnership club with hundreds of affiliated companies; * Birthday day off. **Important Information:** * Work Location: Headquarters – Granja Julieta. * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:55 PM. * Work Model: Hybrid 4x1 (Monday to Thursday – On-site / Friday – Remote). **If you identify with our Way, apply now and join the Eagles Team!
