Providing support for general HR administrative activities The company is seeking an HR Assistant in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and system registration. Schedule admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations with accredited clinics. Conduct recruitment and selection activities, including resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling. Promote job openings on social media and other recruitment channels. Support the preparation of employment letters and other personnel department-related documents. Provide service to internal and external clients, clarifying questions regarding HR routines. Perform general administrative tasks related to the Human Resources department. Support internal meetings by assisting with venue organization and coffee break preparation. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
