Preservation and organization of areas and materials A third-party labor and services company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Pelotas. **Responsibilities:** Assist with minor electrical, hydraulic, and structural repairs. Replace light bulbs and faucets, and perform simple adjustments. Support maintenance of doors, gates, and equipment. Assist in preserving common areas. Accompany maintenance services when required. Keep tools and materials organized. Identify and report issues to the building superintendent or condominium manager. Assist with technical cleaning of areas when necessary. Follow workplace safety regulations. Previous experience as General Services Assistant, Building Maintenance Assistant, Electrical Maintenance Assistant, or Mechanical Maintenance Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
