Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance, repairs, and ensure the upkeep of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance. Repairs of gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting tasks. Ensuring the preservation of equipment and facilities. \*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* BRL 2,000 \+ 20% Hazard Pay \*Meal Voucher:\* BRL 250.00 (after 3 months) \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* BRL 250.00 * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance-based Bonus Program: Bonuses every 6 months based on performance. \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; working hours to be agreed upon with the manager. \*Shift Hours:\* Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* BR\-158, 98 \- Nossa Sra.
