Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Social Media professional to generate sales through social media and WhatsApp, converting followers into customers. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented and proactive approach Commercial Social Media – Elegance Club We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven individual to drive sales via the store’s social media platforms and WhatsApp. This role goes beyond traditional social media management: you will be part of the commercial team, helping convert followers into customers. Responsibilities: * Daily posting of stories (10 to 20\) * Creation of simple content (outfits, promotions, behind-the-scenes) * Recording and editing videos (CapCut) * WhatsApp management (catalog, status, VIP group) * Campaign creation to attract and reactivate customers * Metrics tracking (engagement, leads, and results) Requirements: * Organization and proactivity * Strong communication skills * Basic knowledge of social media Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CapCut * Retail or in-store experience * Basic understanding of marketing and sales Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM Compensation: * Fixed salary \+ performance-based variable pay * Bonus for achieving targets and results Payment: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
