Job Summary: A communications professional for stores and point-of-sale (POS), responsible for creating and adapting internal communication materials, supporting Trade Marketing campaigns, and utilizing AI tools. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and adaptation of internal communication materials for stores and point-of-sale (POS) 2. Support for Trade Marketing campaigns through organization and standardization 3. Use of AI and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) Gelb is growing—and we’d love to invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities:** \- Create and adapt internal communication materials for stores (notices, campaign materials, signage, etc.). \- Support Trade Marketing campaigns: manage requests, deadlines, versions, approvals, and standardization. \- Collaborate with outsourced marketing teams on institutional materials and visual identity alignment. \- Produce variations of materials for different formats (print/digital) and channels (WhatsApp, e\-mail, bulletin boards, etc.), using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other software. \- Utilize leading AI tools to accelerate content creation (text, layouts, versions, campaign ideas), always ensuring brand consistency and thorough review. \- Manage files and maintain an organized “library” of templates and campaigns. Collaborate with the team to monitor campaign results and performance, focusing on strategic planning. **Hard Skills:** · Completed high school education; · Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred; · Basic understanding of Trade Marketing / store and POS communications. · Proficiency in Figma, basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere), and creation for vertical formats (Reels/Stories). · Experience applying generative AI (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Gemini, etc.) in daily tasks. Basic copywriting (headlines, calls-to-action, short campaign texts). **Soft Skills:** · Effective and persuasive communication; · Collaboration and empathy when interacting with clients and teams; · Creativity and problem-solving ability to develop campaigns, plus proactivity and adaptability to handle constant market changes.
