Job Summary: Professional to perform editing of educational texts, responsible for customer service, technical/administrative support, and preparation of reports and projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical/administrative support and project development Education Completed High School or currently pursuing a Higher Education degree, preferably in Letters. Experience Experience editing texts for educational publications such as textbooks, e-books, and distance learning course materials, among others. Knowledge * Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint * AI tools for editing educational materials Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external customers and suppliers. Perform complex tasks in technical/administrative support within the area of responsibility. Monitor and control execution of all activities within the area of responsibility, guiding compliance with organizational standards and deadlines. Prepare reports, texts, documents, and managerial information to support decision-making. Develop tables, statistical calculations, and result analysis. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, development, implementation, and monitoring of the planning and budgeting process for the area, projects, programs, and policies within the area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Develop training programs and conduct training sessions within the area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Monitor and advise on legislation applicable to the area. Lead work processes within the area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
