




Job Summary: SDR responsible for qualifying leads, identifying business opportunities, and conducting follow-ups, in partnership with marketing and sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on lead behavior analysis and proposal of improvements. **JOB: SDR** Location: On-site \- Porto Alegre Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM **Job Responsibilities:** * Qualify marketing-generated leads and identify business opportunities. * Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. * Update the CRM (Bitrix) with complete and organized information. * Conduct ongoing follow-up with open leads. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, providing feedback and supporting initiatives. * Analyze lead behavior patterns and suggest improvements. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, pre-sales, or commercial roles. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and sense of urgency. * Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix preferred) and productivity tools. * Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with inbound funnel (MQL/SQL). * Background in automotive, powersports, or e-commerce sectors. * Knowledge of digital marketing metrics. * Strong organizational skills for managing a high volume of activities. **Education:** High school diploma (college degree is a plus).
