Strong systemic perspective and end-to-end design autonomy. ### **About the Position:** We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive the evolution of digital retail and e-commerce products, with strong emphasis on complex journeys, systemic processes, and business- and data-driven user experience. This professional will play a strategic role in discovery, solution definition, and direct collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. ### **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in product problem and opportunity discovery, partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, and business areas, considering the retail/e-commerce and corporate systems context. * Map and design complex journeys, flows, and processes, identifying friction points impacting product and operational metrics. * Translate business rules into clear, functional, scalable, and consistent user experiences. * Define and validate solution hypotheses through research, data, and user testing. * Create UX, UI, and interactions that realize efficient, business-goal-oriented solutions. * Contribute to defining MVPs, epics, and roadmap priorities, supporting strategic product decisions. * Apply heuristic evaluations, usability tests, and A/B tests for continuous solution validation. * Actively collaborate in the evolution and maintenance of the Design System. ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or Product Designer working within product environments. * Strong systemic perspective, with expertise in UX for processes, complex journeys, and information architecture. * Ability to align user needs with business objectives. * Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams. * Solid knowledge of UX, usability, and heuristic analysis. * Autonomy to lead end-to-end design initiatives. * Document design decisions, research insights, and recommendations for continuous product improvement. ### **Technical Skills:** * Figma: creation of flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. * Collaborative tools such as Miro, FigJam, Notion, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Knowledge of and ability to track UX metrics (CSAT, CES, Task Success, among others). * Documentation of processes, decisions, and design learnings. ### **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with retail and e-commerce products. * Experience with corporate systems and internal platforms (back-office). * Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and end-to-end processes. * Knowledge of business metrics and BI tools. * Active participation in roadmap and product strategy decisions.
