This may involve analyzing error logs, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions; * Support the pre-sales team in generating migration proposals and performing assessments in customer environments; * Have the opportunity to participate in SAP system upgrade projects, applying update packages and implementing new functionalities; additionally, you may participate in migration projects, transferring the SAP system to a new platform or a more recent version. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper SAP integration with other systems. * Staying up-to-date is extremely important here! We trust you to closely monitor developments in the SAP BASIS world and share your learnings with the team. Thus, we ensure our processes continuously improve and our team grows together! **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with HANA, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2 databases; * Hands-on experience with Linux RedHat, SUSE, Windows, and AIX servers (knowledge of user/profile administration, performance analysis, and tuning); * Experience with Cloud servers (AWS, AZURE, or GOOGLE); * Creation and maintenance of File Systems on SAP servers; * Installation and configuration of saprouter and Fiori; * Strong understanding of SAP Pre-Sizing and Sizing processes; * Experience with PCA; * Proven experience with Archiving; * Advanced to fluent English proficiency. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion and upgrade projects; * Analysis of dumps, checklists, and SAP environment monitoring; * Opening incidents and service requests with SAP; * Applying SAP Notes and configuring RFCs for SAP’s new backbone; * User license management and reporting to SAP; * Cloud knowledge — pre-sales/post-sales support for RISE (Cloud SAP – S/4); * HSC in ECC/Oracle, ECC/SQL Server, ECC/DB2, and S/4HANA environments; * Applying SAP Notes and configuring RFCs for SAP’s new backbone; * User license management and reporting to SAP; * Ability to deliver technical presentations to customers; * Intermediate to fluent Spanish proficiency. **Additional Information** **About the position:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * **Hybrid** work model * 15 days of paid leave every 12 months.
