Employee hiring * Collect and verify documents * Register employee in the system * Register employee in eSocial * Draft employment contract * Request pre-employment medical examination 2\. Payroll * Salary calculation * Overtime and additional allowances calculation (night shift, hazardous work, etc.) * Deductions (INSS, IRRF, transportation voucher, alimony) * Payslip issuance * Submission of labor charges (FGTS, INSS, DARF) 3\. Time tracking * Work schedule verification * Banked hours * Absences and tardiness * Vacation control 4\. Vacations * Vacation calculation * Scheduling of vacation periods * Payment within legal deadline * Notification to eSocial 5\. Contract termination * Calculation of severance payments * Issuance of payment guides (FGTS, unemployment insurance) * Homologation (when required) * Deactivation in eSocial 6\. Ancillary obligations * eSocial * DCTFWeb * SEFIP/FGTS * RAIS (where applicable) * DIRF (where applicable) 7\.
