Job Summary: Delphi system developer responsible for developing and maintaining applications, with a focus on optimization, refactoring, and continuous learning. Key Highlights: 1. System and application development in Delphi. 2. Maintenance and improvements to existing systems. 3. Environment equipped with state-of-the-art machines and continuous Delphi updates. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including GUI design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancements to existing systems; **REQUIREMENTS:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new development methodologies and code validation techniques; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Desirable: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture experience; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor efficiently; – Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is curious, dynamic, and dedicated.
