We are looking for a nursing professional to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our services at the Med401 clinic. **Employment Model:** * **Contract Type:** Service provision as a Legal Entity (PJ). * **Working Hours:** 20 hours per week. * **Work Location:** In-person attendance at the Med401 clinic (Saco Grande, Fpolis). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-person patient consultations at the clinic, performing health assessments and monitoring. * Carry out clinical activities, including vital signs measurement and other nursing procedures. * Conduct anthropometric measurements, strength tests, and structured assessments related to cognition, anxiety, depression, and alcohol use. * Participate in administrative tasks such as medical record management, care pathways, scheduling, and consultation documentation. * Assist in preparing reports and managing expenses related to patient care. * Contribute to defining care plans and participate in strategic planning meetings. * Supervise and guide nursing technicians and caregivers at the clinic. * Support new client acquisition, with potential commission-based incentives. * Actively participate in digital marketing activities, in-person events, and promotion of Younico’s services. **Desired Competencies:** * Clear and effective verbal and written communication. * Empathy and ability to interact with patients of diverse ages and health conditions. * Experience in entrepreneurship and innovation within the healthcare sector. * Knowledge of primary healthcare. * Skills in digital marketing and service promotion. * Experience with data management systems and processes. * Ability to manage appointments and organize clinical workflows. **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing degree with active registration with the professional regulatory council. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in clinical settings. * Familiarity with health-related technologies and digital tools. * Availability to work 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and coordinate activities with other healthcare professionals. **Benefits:** * Gradual growth in responsibilities and remuneration. * Commission for newly acquired clients. * Dynamic and innovative work environment, offering opportunities for continuous professional development.
