You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical subassemblies of mobile equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, proposing and implementing solutions. * Monitor post-maintenance tests, validating the effectiveness of interventions. * Prepare detailed activity records in computerized systems, ensuring traceability. * Prepare technical reports and record inspection data in the management system, supporting maintenance planning. * Guide Level I assistants and technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices. * Control tools, spare parts, and materials, ensuring organization and preservation of the work environment. * Conduct sensory and predictive inspections on mobile equipment using instruments such as vibration sensors, infrared thermometers, and ultrasonic devices. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. **Knowledge and Skills** * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of Trucks and Mobile Equipment (excavators, crawler tractors, wheel loaders, drill rigs, agricultural equipment, asphalt milling machines, and asphalt recyclers). * Experience using electronic diagnostic tools such as SPD3, Multi, Cat ET, SisCat, SCULI, etc. * Knowledge of Powertrain Operation and Maintenance (engine, clutch, transmission, differential) in trucks. * Knowledge of Common Rail Fuel Systems. * Knowledge of SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Arla Systems (Euro 5 and Euro 6). * Knowledge of Braking and Pneumatic Systems in Scania trucks. * Knowledge of Lubrication, including centralized lubrication, lubricant filtration, oil dialysis, oil analysis, and contamination control. * Knowledge of Sensory Inspection Techniques. * Skill in maintenance of Scania braking systems, powertrains, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams. * Ability to read and interpret maintenance plans. * Proficiency in maintenance ERP systems, preferably SAP. * Experience with SAP PM module will be considered an advantage. * Experience with CRC will be considered an advantage. **Profile** * Safety-oriented profile. * Driver’s license category B is desirable. * Experience maintaining equipment such as knuckle-boom cranes, forklifts, compactors, and backhoes is desirable. * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (4x4). * Active registration with CFT is required. * Must reside in Paragominas-PA or be willing to relocate.
