Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product inflows, and manage expiry dates to prevent stockouts (product shortages) or overstocking. Market and Performance Indicator Analysis: Analyze performance indicators—including margin, inventory turnover, profitability, and ABC curve—to adjust product mix according to demand and seasonality. Supplier and Product Mix Development: Continuously identify new suppliers and products, and develop category-level product mixes to ensure an assortment that meets customer needs. Procurement Planning: Plan and execute procurement activities in alignment with the company’s purchasing calendar. Requirements and Qualifications Prior experience in procurement is desirable, along with familiarity with the retail food sector, proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
