Job Summary: Develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive competencies within non-formal education programs. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting educational, cultural, recreational, and socioemotional workshops. 2. Developing extracurricular educational activities. 3. Participating in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects. Education Completed High School with Normal Teaching Modality OR Completed High School \+ Specific courses in the field of activity (Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance) OR Currently pursuing Higher Education in the field of activity (Pedagogy, Specific Teaching Licenses: Physical Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance). Experience Experience conducting educational, cultural, recreational, and socioemotional workshops targeting children and adolescents, with involvement in educational and/or social projects related to childhood and adolescence implemented in after-school settings. Experience in voluntary educational work with children and/or adolescents conducted at NGOs or non-school educational environments. Experience using educational technologies and digital platforms. Activities to be Performed Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents within one’s area of responsibility. Develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities through research, analysis, interpretation, and understanding, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive competencies (teamwork, interpersonal relationships, resilience, leadership, creativity) in non-formal education programs. Prepare programs and deliver training related to one’s area of expertise and/or integrated areas. Maintain control and record-keeping on students’ progress and performance, in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Participate in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and updating of processes within one’s area. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within one’s area of expertise and/or integrated areas. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within one’s area.
