**Job Description** **Internal Telephone Sales Executive** – Porto Alegre/RS It will be a pleasure to meet you! **A bit more about the main responsibilities:** Manage an existing client portfolio, focusing on relationship building and retention; Prospect new clients to expand the commercial base; prospect from the existing database; Conduct technical sales calls, understanding each client’s specific needs; Prepare customized commercial proposals and quotations based on identified requirements; Forward orders for credit analysis and invoicing; Maintain post\-sales contact, ensuring customer satisfaction; Make 35 to 40 outbound calls per day; Use CRM tools and internal systems to record and track activities.
