Support for technological solutions. Requirements analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment. Contribution to system improvement. Team training and technical support. Preparation of functional specification documentation. Support for project implementation and system updates. **Requirements:** --------------- Knowledge of hospital processes and nursing processes. Experience in MV system implementation. Experience with clinical registration. Knowledge of modules: Clinical and Care, Unit Management, SAE – Nursing Diagnoses, MV PEP, Standard Text, MV Editor (Electronic Documents). Advanced knowledge of SQL databases. Ability to work autonomously and manage demands across multiple simultaneous projects. Experience in end-user support and relationship management.
