We seek a QA (Quality Assurance) Intern to support our technology team in ensuring the quality of our Web applications and kiosks. This person will play a key role in identifying improvements, validating features, and ensuring our deliverables align with business and customer needs. If you enjoy deeply understanding customer problems, negotiating solutions with developers, and ensuring company-wide alignment, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute manual functional and regression tests on Web applications and kiosks. * Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and systematically. * Support the creation of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. * Perform retests and validation of fixes together with the development team. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review), contributing a quality-focused perspective. * Support validation of API integrations and end-to-end (E2E) workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, starting from the 3rd semester. * Programming logic (preferably Python or JavaScript). * Databases: basic SQL (SELECT, INSERT, simple queries). * REST APIs: understanding of HTTP requests, JSON, and status codes. * Tools such as Postman (API testing) and bug-tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Basic testing concepts: functional, regression, and E2E testing. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in Test Automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework). * Curiosity about Payment Methods, Retail, and Self-Service Systems. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Technical English for reading documentation. **Additional Information** **Benefits: Caring for You and Your Growth** **Meal Allowance**: R$704.00 per month; **Life Insurance**: fully covered by the company; **Health Insurance**: 70% covered by the company based on employee’s age; for dependents under the Health Plan, 100% employee-paid, based on age. **Dental Insurance**: fully covered by the company. **Transportation Benefit (VT)**: provided as needed (deduction up to 6% of salary); **Birthday Gift Card** (freely usable balance). **Join a team that values your talent and potential in every way!** Come transform the dining experience across restaurants nationwide in Brazil with us.
