Description
Contribute to the development and execution of People and Culture management subsystem processes through administrative support, information and indicator management to sustain practices and decision-making.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the management of area indicators, data, and information, contributing to analyses, controls, and monitoring of area processes.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and supporting materials for the area.
* Execute and monitor the area's procurement process, including initiating requests, tracking demands, and interfacing with the procurement department.
* Support managers regarding People and Culture management practices, guiding them on area processes, policies, and guidelines.
* Contribute to the development, structuring, and continuous improvement of People and Culture management processes and practices.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of digital platforms;
* Experience working in the field;
* Basic Excel skills;
**Working Hours:**
8:30 AM to 12:00 PM // 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
