Job Summary: We are looking for a Paid Media Assistant to support the media team in issuing and controlling financial documents, billing, and improving processes within a creative agency. We are seeking a Paid Media Assistant to strengthen our team and ensure all processes run with efficiency, control, and financial accuracy. This is a junior-level position reporting to our Lead Finance Manager and responsible for implementing and communicating effective financial practices across the organization. Responsibilities: \- Support the media team in issuing internal control documents related to campaign investments (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.); \- Download invoices, bills, and fiscal notes from platforms, record and reconcile them related to media/production; \- Process monthly billing for the media/production agency and send invoices to clients; \- Support monthly media/billing closing together with Finance and Accounting teams; \- Update spreadsheets and dashboards with billing data; \- Contribute to improvements in media and billing control and automation processes. Requirements: Education and/or knowledge in Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed); Basic knowledge or experience in digital media and financial control; Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.); Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time management; Clear communication and collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in advertising agencies or performance marketing; Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and investment reporting; Knowledge of ERP or financial management systems (Omie, VBS, etc.); Behavioral Competencies: Organization and attention to detail; Analytical ability and sense of urgency; Strong communication and proactivity; Discretion and commitment to data confidentiality; Teamwork and results orientation.
