This role requires attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and organizational ability. **Responsibilities:** * Edit, format, and review medical and technical reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company protocols. * Organize and maintain the report archive, ensuring easy access and document integrity. * Monitor the report preparation workflow to ensure timely delivery. * Review texts to correct grammatical, spelling, typing, and formatting errors. * Assist in standardizing documents according to pre-established institutional templates. * Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure all relevant information is included in reports. * Ensure confidentiality of information and comply with data security regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; higher education in related fields—such as Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Health Sciences—is preferred. * Prior experience in document review or text editing is advantageous. * Knowledge of document formatting standards and writing techniques. * Proficiency with text editing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. * Willingness to learn technical terminology and protocols specific to the healthcare field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with medical reporting systems or hospital management software. * Basic knowledge of medical terminology and common diagnostic tests performed in hospital settings.
