Good luck! **Unicred Premium Capital in Lajeado/RS** is seeking a professional to build a portfolio of corporate cooperatives. In this role, the objective is to deliver resolutive and excellent service, fostering identification with cooperative principles and implementing actions that achieve outstanding results while demonstrating Unicred’s values to its cooperatives. Provide financial consulting to cooperatives, ensuring their retention and sustainably marketing the cooperative’s products and services. Promote the cooperative’s sustainable growth through prospecting new cooperatives and business opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * ***Cooperative Portfolio Management:*** Manage the cooperative portfolio using control spreadsheets, monitoring and striving to maintain ideal averages for items such as demand deposits, time deposits, loans, credit limits, overdraft usage, product penetration rate, and risk provision, aiming to achieve sustainable financial results for both the business unit and the Cooperative. * ***Financial Consulting:*** Provide financial advisory services to cooperatives through financial profile diagnosis, planning, and guidance on business transactions—from purchasing products (credit cards, pension plans, insurance, etc.) to advice on credit and financial investments—aiming to establish sound financial health and/or realize personal/professional goals. * ***Resolutive Relationship Management:*** Deliver excellent service grounded in ethics, transparency, and cooperation. Market the Cooperative’s financial products and services in a manner that provides solutions tailored to cooperatives’ needs. * ***Business Unit and Cooperative Results, Goals, and Cooperative Member Satisfaction Level:*** Monitor and evaluate with management whether projected financial goals and results for your cooperative portfolio have been achieved. Collaborate with management to assess cooperative members’ satisfaction levels regarding the unit team’s relationship performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic requirements include: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in a financial institution; * Active CPA\-20 certification. CEA or CFP certifications are considered advantageous; * Driver’s license class B is desirable. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred Núcleo Geração employees:** The Unicred system employee must have at least one year of tenure and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
