The Store Administrative Assistant is responsible for centralizing the store’s administrative activities, supporting areas including Human Resources, Accounting, Warehouse, and Procurement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Overseeing all administrative routines of the store; * Managing general hiring and termination processes; * Managing treasury, attendance, benefits, supplies, and asset control, as well as updating store data and SESMT information; * Organizing documents and requesting services; * Requesting materials, issuing invoices, and submitting documents for payments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Affinity with the retail store environment; * Passion for fashion; * Experience in administrative processes; * Sense of urgency, organizational skills, and agility in problem-solving; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
