Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Route Analyst for logistics, with a focus on route planning, indicator analysis, and support to the delivery team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and on-site delivery monitoring Description: Desired Experience: * 6 months of experience in the field. * Experience in the Consumer Goods industry; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Route Analyst to join our team. In this dynamic role, your main responsibilities will include: 1\) Participate in daily morning meetings with the Route Delivery team and monitor fleet dispatch; 2\) Analyze indicators and plan daily routes according to the day's focus; 3\) Attend weekly meetings with the transportation provider; 4\) Conduct weekly meetings with the Roadshow team; 5\) Resolve open SAV/SAC tickets within your area; 6\) Monitor deliveries on-site, evaluating and guiding the delivery team regarding quality, service level, productivity, and safety. You will receive weekly instructions regarding your work routines and will benefit from supervision by team supervisors as well as support from the coordinator.
