Junior Systems Analyst

Description

You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the stability of the company's software applications, providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, fixing bugs, and executing SQL queries to assist operational departments—ensuring existing systems operate without interruption, resolving low- and medium-complexity incidents, and supporting corrective and preventive maintenance. We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Directly handle incident and request queues, performing initial diagnostics and resolving technical issues reported by users; * Execute data extractions and database queries (SQL) to address operational questions; * Support minor source-code corrections in applications to eliminate bugs, following the company’s development guidelines; * Monitor integrations and automated routines, responding promptly in case of system hangs or processing failures; * Thoroughly document solutions applied to technical tickets to enrich the knowledge base and prevent error recurrence; * Perform unit and functional testing on implemented fixes, ensuring the correction resolves the issue without impacting other functionalities; * Assist end users in clarifying technical questions regarding software tool functionality; * Catalog frequent errors and propose technical improvements to reduce support ticket volume. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Strong ability to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Basic knowledge or experience with API REST, Web Services, and programming languages; * Preferred: Experience or familiarity with industry and logistics, practical experience in systems analysis, ERP system support, development or IT support in corporate environments, or knowledge of the TOTVS Datasul ERP; * Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Fridays until 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote). **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto Dental Plan; Complimentary life insurance; Scholarship program; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee Assistance Program; Pharmacy discount program; Partnerships with selected universities.
