WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring the best customer experience with emphasis on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONS SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance metrics, control cash handling, purchases, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train staff on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor's degree. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Eagerness to learn, work collaboratively, and grow with us!
