Come be a connection that solves! **You will be counted on to:** * Receive cash and installment payments, as well as open and update crediário registrations; * Conduct telephone and external collections, in accordance with company policies; * Perform cash closing and reconciliation; * Support the promotion of store marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives; * Verify documentation, analyze information, and issue payment booklets for customers with approved credit; * Act as the interface between the store and the administrative office, addressing administrative requests; * Check and deactivate product alarms, perform packaging, and deliver merchandise to customers; * Make bank deposits, and organize and file financial receipts and documents; * Offer financial products, contributing to achieving departmental goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and customer service ability; * Aptitude for basic calculations and financial routines; * Ethical conduct and confidentiality when handling information; * Availability to work during business hours; * Alignment with Grupo Lebes’ culture and values. **You will stand out if you have:** * Prior experience in crediário, cashier, or administrative functions; * Experience in customer service and collections; * Knowledge of financial products; *\*Positions available for people with or without disabilities.\** *\*No prior experience required for People with Disabilities (PcD).\** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Dental care * Medical care * Store discounts * Commuter allowance * University partnerships * E-learning platform for courses and training
