Job Summary: Responsible for daily cleaning and organization of common areas, ensuring pleasant environments and the implementation of hygiene and safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Daily cleaning of common areas and maintenance of organization 2. Assistance in organizing outdoor areas and proper waste disposal 3. Ensuring safety and hygiene procedures * Perform daily cleaning of common areas of the dormitory, such as living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, corridors, and other spaces. * Organize and maintain clean and pleasant environments for residents. * Wash, dry, and store utensils and equipment used in cleaning activities. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed. * Assist in organizing outdoor areas and properly disposing of waste. * Ensure that safety and hygiene procedures are correctly followed. * Wash, dry, and iron clothes. ### **Requirements** * Incomplete elementary education or higher; * Prior experience in cleaning or general services is a **plus**, but not mandatory. * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Punctuality and commitment to work schedule. **Compensation:** * Salary R$ 1\.821,60 \+ 10% Attendance Bonus: R$ 2\.003,76 * Health Insurance and Dental Plan (after 3 months); * Meal Allowance R$ 35.00 per day; * Transportation Voucher (4% deduction); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Internal Career Opportunities; * Employee Referral Program; * SESC Partnership, among others. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00 | Friday: 07:00–16:00 ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Plan, Attendance Bonus, Flexible Meal Allowance, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), SESC Partnership, Internal Career Opportunities ### **Department:** Operations
