The General Services professional performs routine general cleaning tasks in buildings, offices, factories, schools, hospitals, residences, and other locations—dusting, sweeping, washing, or waxing areas, furniture, utensils, and facilities—to maintain hygiene conditions and preserve them. * Removes dust from furniture, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and equipment by dusting or cleaning them with vacuum cleaners, cloths, or appropriate brooms to preserve their good appearance; cleans stairs, floors, walkways, and carpets by sweeping, washing, or waxing them and using vacuum cleaners to remove dust and debris; * Cleans utensils such as ashtrays and decorative objects using cloths or sponges soaked in water and soap or other suitable means to maintain the good appearance of premises; tidies up bathrooms and restrooms by cleaning them with water and soap, detergents, and disinfectants and restocking toilet paper, towels, and soaps to keep them in usable condition; * Collects waste from collection points, gathering it into bins for disposal in trash receptacles or incinerators. * May assist in moving or arranging furniture or utensils. * May deliver letters and packages to building occupants. * Workers responsible for façade cleaning using sandblasting or steam jets are classified under base group 5-59, civil construction workers and similar workers not classified elsewhere. Important! This is an opportunity to work during the following hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 to 17:00, alternating Saturdays and Sundays: 08:00 to 12:00.
