**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 | 13:15 - 18:00 **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **VAMOS - Career and Management**, a consulting firm specializing in Recruitment & Selection, Career Development, and Strategic People Management, is supporting a company in the **Accounting and Consulting** sector in hiring a **Fiscal Coordinator** for the city of **Santa Maria - RS**. **Register at:** https://vamoscomvoce.empregare.com/pt-br/vagas **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct review and validation of tax calculations prepared by the team, including ISSQN, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL * Coordinate the preparation and submission of ancillary tax obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, GIA, EFD-Contribuições, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, DIRBI, DSTDA, and PGDAS, as well as annual tax returns * Perform tax planning activities, identifying legal opportunities to optimize the tax burden * Monitor and ensure correct application of current fiscal and tax legislation * Support tax audits, ensuring organization and consistency of information * Provide technical support to the team, delivering guidance, training, and standardizing routines * Develop and improve fiscal area processes, policies, and controls **Requirements:** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in fiscal and tax routines * Knowledge of tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations **Working Hours:** - Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 | 13:15 - 18:00 **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed Salary * Meal Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Transportation Allowance **Location:** * Santa Maria/RS **Industry Sector:** * Accounting and Consulting **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance
