Job Summary: Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the condominium, performing cleaning tasks across various areas and environments. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork 2. Sweep floors, wash windows, remove garbage, clean bathrooms, rooms, yards, and common areas. Cleaning and maintenance of the condominium. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM \- Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Transportation allowance Base salary \+ 20% hazard pay. Health insurance plan, effective after the probationary period. Requirements: Proactive, punctual, able to work in a team. Proof of education. Experience in the field.
