**Day\-to\-Day**
* Serve as the technical QMS reference at the site, ensuring compliance with global PMI standards and local requirements.
* Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of QMS processes (e.g., NC/CAPA, Change Management, Document Management, Risk Management).
* Support internal, external, and regulatory audits, ensuring preparation, execution, and follow-up of actions.
* Support and guide operational areas in correctly interpreting and applying QMS requirements.
* Coordinate risk analyses (e.g., RA, PFMEA) associated with changes, projects, and deviations.
* Monitor QMS performance indicators and address compliance gaps.
* Contribute to global and regional Quality initiatives, including forums, communities, and cross-functional projects.
* Act as a culture agent, promoting a preventive mindset, compliance, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
* Ensure consistent compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
* Reduce quality risks, recurring deviations, and impacts on consumers.
* Elevate the maturity level of the QMS at the site, with simpler, more robust, and effective processes.
* Strengthen a quality culture based on prevention, data, and structured decision-making.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields.
* Solid experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
* Experience with NC/CAPA processes, audits, change management, and risk analysis.
* Ability to influence stakeholders.
* Prior experience as a QMS Coordinator, QMS Specialist, or similar role is a plus.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
