Laboratory Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for the development, testing, and chemical analysis of products; recordkeeping; and laboratory team training. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and training of laboratory team members and interns 2. Development and chemical analysis of products, raw materials, and paints 3. Technical assistance to customers and laboratory quality control Product development, chemical testing and analysis, and their respective recordkeeping, as well as training of assistants. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Weighing, mixing, dispensing, filtering, and filling; applying paint; color adjustment; * Assigning tasks and conducting training for team members and interns; * Preparing technical bulletins, developing samples and colors, and releasing paints; * Conducting physical tests and chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products according to specifications defined for each product; * Organizing and maintaining control over reference samples, standards, and equipment; * Recording adjustments and requesting corrections, if necessary, with support from the responsible technician; * Monitoring the production process; * Releasing products for production and/or filling; releasing colors; performing viscosity, density, and other tests; * Contributing to maintaining laboratory material inventories; * Providing technical assistance and, occasionally, sales support to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * For recordkeeping, control, and maintenance of temperature and other parameters specified for the department; * For registering formulations in the system, certificates of analysis, technical bulletins, and other technical documents; * For verification (calibration), maintenance, cleaning, and preservation of equipment and the work environment; * Participation in 5S, quality initiatives, and training programs Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.268,00 – R$2.778,40 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
