Maintaining food hygiene and safety We are looking for a committed, agile cook with solid hands-on experience to work within our kitchen's quality, safety, and taste standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and finish dishes according to the established menu. * Ensure standardization and presentation of dishes. * Coordinate and organize kitchen items during service execution. * Maintain food hygiene and safety in compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations. * Monitor ingredient usage and prevent waste. * Support the development of new dishes and menu suggestions. * Supervise kitchen assistants and junior cooks when necessary. **Requirements:** * Organization, agility, and proactivity.
