Work in a collaborative and innovative environment We are seeking a **Machine Learning Engineer** to build, evolve, and operate ML/AI solutions in production, in partnership with Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams. The challenge is to transform models into **scalable products**, with quality, observability, and governance—from training through deployment and monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement **ML pipelines** (training, validation, publishing, and inference) with a focus on scalability and cost-efficiency. * Deploy models into production using **MLOps practices** (versioning, reproducibility, automation, and performance/drift monitoring). * Build and maintain inference services (batch and/or real-time), APIs, and integrations with internal systems. * Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Ensure **quality** (testing, code review, documentation), **security**, and sound software engineering practices. * Monitor operational and outcome metrics (SLA, latency, cost, accuracy, business impact). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience deploying models into **production** (end-to-end). * Strong programming skills (primarily **Python**) and solid software engineering fundamentals (APIs, testing, clean code). * Applied ML knowledge (classification, regression, ranking, NLP/LLMs where applicable) and best practices in model validation. * Experience with **data pipelines** (SQL and/or orchestration) and integration with data platforms. * Experience with **cloud** and managed services (primarily **AWS**) and containers (Docker). * Familiarity with **observability** (logs, metrics, tracing) and model monitoring. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with **Kubernetes** and scalable inference architecture. * MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow/feature store/model registry) and CI/CD. * Experience with **NLP/LLMs**, RAG, and evaluation/observability of model-based applications. * Knowledge of **data/AI governance** (LGPD, audit trails, explainability when required). * Experience in the financial sector (risk, fraud, credit, customer behavior). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * SESI and SESC benefits, providing access to health, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions, offering exclusive discounts on courses and educational programs; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding company in the market.
