We operate in municipalities across the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais! **This opportunity is for an on-site Social Programs Analyst.** **Applications accepted until 01/05/2026.** If you align with the purpose of developing the potential of municipalities and people… apply for this opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement the Social Programs developed by the institution, with emphasis on Educational Programs in collaboration with education departments, organizations, and partners; * Carry out initiatives and projects related to Social Programs, managing the strategic agenda, structuring, and enabling necessary implementations based on guiding principles; * Provide support and follow-up for project initiatives with the cooperative and its branches, including delivering lectures, workshops, and other actions linked to Educational Programs for internal and external audiences; * Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to identify and propose opportunities for the cooperative’s evolution; * Establish relevant partnerships for the cooperative; * Analyze, process, and deepen information to develop solutions and provide input into decision-making on topics under your responsibility; * Connect strategy, culture, and daily operations, encouraging a systemic perspective; * Proactively propose improvements related to your responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Social Programs; * Experience in learning processes; * Experience delivering lectures; * Experience facilitating group activities; * Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Willingness to travel within the cooperative’s operational area; * Flexibility in working hours to conduct activities during evenings and weekends; * Public speaking skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience coordinating or implementing social programs with public and private entities; * Certification or experience in planning campaigns, initiatives, and events; * Familiarity with active learning methodologies; * Experience facilitating group activities; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or ESG; * Prior experience managing cooperative development programs within cooperative financial institutions. **Additional Information** Competitive remuneration aligned with the financial market PPR/RV (Profit-Sharing Program) Meal Allowance Fully covered health plan (Unimed Nacional), with no co-payment Birthday celebration and birthday day off 100% covered life insurance Birth gift basket for new parents Childcare/babysitting allowance Private pension plan up to 5% (you contribute up to 5%, and we match up to 5%) Education assistance per internal policy Wellhub fitness support Digital Hospital telemedicine Nutritional support through partner providers Sempre Bem (Psychological Support, Legal Guidance, Financial Counseling, and Social Services) **Nice to meet you — we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
